1. Introduction & Studio Principles

Tictacs Studios (registered in Singapore; “we”, “our”, or “us”) designs focused consumer software, games, and AI companions. We respect your family's personal privacy. This Privacy Policy details how data is handled across our web applications and Telegram bots (including SG Homework Helper and Kopi Kia).

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Singapore PDPA)

Our educational tools are engineered specifically for parents and adult educators. We do not knowingly collect personal identifying information (PII) from children under the age of 13.

  • We do not require children to create student profiles or accounts.
  • Worksheet photos submitted by parents are used solely to extract mathematical text and pedagogical diagrams.
  • We never sell student data or build commercial behavioral advertising profiles on minors.

3. Information We Collect

A. Telegram Bot Data: Unique Telegram Chat ID and User ID (to maintain conversational state, active step coaching, and quota enforcement).
B. Uploaded Content: Math worksheet images or problem sum texts uploaded by the user to generate solutions.
C. Payment & Subscription Data: Commercial billing is handled entirely by audited third parties (Stripe / Telegram Payments). Tictacs Studios never stores full credit card numbers or bank credentials.

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing & Non-Training Pledge

We interface with Google Cloud / Gemini AI APIs under enterprise terms. Your uploaded worksheets, images, and user prompts are NEVER used to train public foundation models. Image analysis is performed ephemerally for mathematical extraction and heuristic generation.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

Worksheet photos stored in Google Cloud Storage are subject to automated data retention cycles. Users may request complete deletion of their chat history, uploaded photos, and account records at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@tictacs.studio.
