1. The 7-Day Unconditional Guarantee
We want parents and users to have complete confidence in our software. If you purchase a subscription to SG Homework Helper or any Tictacs Studios consumer product and find that it does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 7 days of initial purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
Simply email support@tictacs.studio with:
- Your Telegram Username or registered Email address
- Your transaction receipt or invoice number
- (Optional) Any feedback on how we can improve the pedagogical solver
Refunds are processed within 48 hours and returned to your original payment method (via Stripe).
3. Cancellation Anytime
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any moment directly inside Telegram (via /manage_subscription) or by contacting our team. Cancellation immediately stops future billing cycles while maintaining access until the end of your prepaid period.
