1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using applications, bots, or software provided by Tictacs Studios (registered in Singapore; “SG Homework Helper”, “Kopi Kia”, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.

2. Educational & Pedagogical Disclaimer

SG Homework Helper is engineered as a table-side coaching aid for parents and educators. While our system incorporates automated Dual-Solver consensus and arithmetic verification to maintain industry-leading accuracy, AI models may occasionally misread degraded or blurry handwritten images.

Our solutions are intended for parental guidance and learning reinforcement, not as official examination certificates or school submissions.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, DDoS, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or intellectual property of Tictacs Studios applications. Automated scraping or botting of our endpoints is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals

Certain features or query quotas are offered under paid subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Telegram Merchant API. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, graphic designs, diorama assets, brand identifiers, and heuristic algorithms are the proprietary property of Tictacs Studios.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith mediation prior to arbitration in Singapore.
